# User data problem

hi , please answer me as fast as possible  
i am working on this site  
there is two types of users … teacher and student  
anyway when i log out form account and log in to another the request doesn’t return any data  
sometimes when i remove cookies the problem disappears and sometimes not

please help me with this problem

it’s sometimes work and sometimes doesn’t  
i make sure there is no problem with cookies  
check this problem here in my console it returns undefined

Hi Mahmoud,

You have heavily modified your User Account page so that it appears to no longer contain the basic user info fields SA5 needs to load your user info… name, email, etc.

The point of the user account page is for users to be able to see and modify their account info.

It looks like you’re trying to turn that page into a tabbed application of sorts, I generally wouldn’t advise using the User Account page for that. It has a different purpose and you want it to remain lightweight so it will load quickly.
