Hey guys,

i’m new to Sygnals solutions and this may be a pretty easy fix but i can’t wrap my head around it. So SA5s user attributes work fine on my .webflow.io staging domain but not on my custom domain. What am i missing?

You can create an account via /user/signup and check bindings anywhere from navbar over /user-accounts or checkout page. Works fine on .webflow.io domain but not on custom.

Grateful for any help.

[Staging Domain (.webflow.io)](https://dev-canna.webflow.io/)

Live Domain is: cannaspot.eu (is still a dev env, not prod)

Hi Cedric,

It looks like you’re getting creative with the sign-up process. SA5 is pretty straightforward but it depends on using WUA’s native user-account structures which are the /user-account, /log-in, and /sign-up pages.

I attempted a signup on your custom /user/signup page, but did not receive an email. On /sign-up, you’ve modified it to password only so it’s not possible to test the native signup there.

Also, you seem to have some script errors in your site-wide code that might be complicating things, I’m seeing the same error at the top of the console on multiple pages.

I can assist with some deeper debugging, but it takes some time so I offer it as part of [Sygnal’s micro-consulting](https://www.sygnal.com/webflow).
